2023 Announcement of platform holidays during the Mid Autumn Festival and National DayDear buyer friend
During the Mid Autumn and National Day periods, the platform has made corresponding arrangements for the duration of the stocking period, online assessment, dispute arbitration response, warehouse holidays, and service efficiency. The specific content is as follows:
1. Readiness period adjustment
During the Mid Autumn and National Day period, from 0:00 on September 29, 2023 to 23:59:59 on October 6, 2023 Beijing time, the stock period will not be counted. The stock period will resume from 0:00 on October 7, 2023 Beijing time.
Special reminder, the following orders are not affected by the Mid Autumn and National Day holiday arrangements. Merchants are requested to follow the stocking period for overseas holidays: (1) For orders registered in other countries or regions outside of China and shipped from other countries or regions outside of China; (2) The seller's registered address is China and overseas warehouse transaction orders are shipped from countries or regions outside of China.
2. Adjustment of online rate assessment period
At present, the platform's online rate is uniformly calculated based on American time. During the Mid Autumn Festival and National Day period, from 0:00 on September 29, 2023 to 23:59:59 on October 6, 2023, American time will not be included in the calculation of online time. On October 7, 2023 at 0:00 US time, it will be counted as online assessment statistics.
Is holiday orders directly excluded from the assessment of online usage?
A: Holiday orders will still be assessed for online usage, but if the online usage assessment falls during the holiday period (i.e. September 29, 2023, 0:00 to October 6, 23:59:59 US time), the online usage time will be excluded from the holiday calculation. It is recommended to arrange the shipment time for holiday orders.
